Time Eats Even Love

There is only tomorrow

Whose base is yesterday

With bricks made of sorrow

And love has run away

You tell me "don't worry

And everything will be alright"

But I can't see light and glory

Everywhere is dark as night

We try to turn back time

Somwhere you want and say

But we can't run, caper and climb

Cause hills are everywhere on our way

Farewell my darling

Now you fly so high

Time eats even love

It's time to say goodbye

Tomorrow will come soon

And I will still bring that scar

Like the sky brings the Moon

And I will remember what we are

Farewell my darling

Now you fly so high

Time eats even love

It's time to say goodbye

This looks pretty good. I will warn: the verb caper is seldom used in modern, contemporary speech. It's a good word, but most regular folks (at least in the US) won't get it.

Also, the verse about that scar... I wasn't sure what that referred to -- but then I considered the fly so high verse and wondered if it was a reference to the image (I can't remember where it's from, a movie or video?) of a winged man who has cut off his bird- or angel-like wings. (I can sort of visualize the scars on his back which makes me think the 'image' is, indeed, from a visual source like a movie or vid.)

Anyway, you're moving forward here. Your lyrics are smoother, the flow looks pretty good on the page, your use of idiom has come quite far since you started posting your English lyrics here.

Keep up the good work!
