Whats that game called that has metal disks you slide on sand?

I guess you DO live near the nation's biggest planned community for retirees.

No, you see it in bars once in a while. Board is probably 8 to 10 ft long and about 2 1/2 wide. Metal disks are about 3" in Dia.

Cool. Never knew what it was called. I associate shuffleboard with the game you play on the ground with the sticks.

I know, I used to as well. The first time I ever played was right after I moved here and a friend of mine said "Hey, lets go down to the Fox and the Hound (a bar here) and play some shuffleboard". I was like "Wtf, do I look like a senior citizen on a cruise ship to you?" He had to explain the whole thing to me on the way to the bar. :)
