Members sydfan
I don't know where else to turn, so I'm reaching out to you, Amp Forum, to hopefully tell me what I could expect from a mid-60's National Glenwood amp with Vibrato. Thanks!
Members GRANKOR
like anyone here knows, it's all about the high gain in maps, you'd have more luck in electric guitars where the crusty old guys hang out

Members teemuk
Likely sounds kind of obvious but expect them to have the generic 1960's -style sound. Not really the type that would fit giving highly sustained hard rock or metal tones but more like the cleanish with slight break-up -type of tone of the 1960's instrumental or pop music and perhaps blues. Do a youtube search on National amps and listen to the 1960's models. The one you refer to will most likely be more or less in the same ballpark.
