Members classylady
As far as turntables, last June I bought my nephew an Ion turntable and it cost me around 170 USD (130 for the turntable, close to 40 for shipping). If you want an informative site that will give you the basics, I think that if you go to youtube, then type in (for username) "thehappyviking," I think you'll be pleasantly surprised as to his techniques. Give it a shot!

Members 6ftabovsealevel
Hold on a second, let's make sure we're all talking about the same thing here- As I understand it, you are looking for a USB controller to interact with all the controls of Traktor instead of having to use the on-screen interface, correct? If that is the case, you are not looking for a USB turntable. All those do is turn an analog audio signal into digital data which your computer can record, it will not allow you to do anything at all with Traktor 3. That is unless you've got version 3.3 which will allow you to use time-coded vinyl to manipulate digital files on your computer, but you're still left using the software mixer. What I get the impression you're looking for is something like this, which would let you control the mixer and turntable functions of the software with one external box. Though I can't say I'd recommend this manufacturer, in your price range you'll probably have to go with whatever you can find that has the features you want.
