It's not just an interface update...it brings in a bunch of new services to really make the Xbox the center of your home entertainment. I think most of it is rolled into the XBox gold fee, with most of the music relying on a Zune pass. I have the legacy version of Zune so pay $160 a year for that, but I think it's something like $120 a year for the current version. Edit: My mistake, Zune pass is $100 a year now.
