Members Hapless
Which is exactly what they'll be doing with them. Not necessarily yours, but somebody's property, without warrant or just cause. And they'll very likely get away with it. Gosh, I'm interested in this Constitutional requirement that the government have a warrant to see things from someplace they are legally authorized to be without a warrant. Tell me more! I have looked up this "Blind Eye Rule," but keep coming upon some "Plain View Doctrine."

Members KCTigerChief
Yeah, I'm pretty sure Barry was the one anointed as the Messiah by the media, a complex he buys into 110%, btw, as he proved when he had the laughable gall to name himself the "4th Best President in American History". PHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEEUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUWWWWW... Quit {censored}ing fooling yourselves that your Ds are any better or less culpable than the Rs or vice-versa, it just makes you look like ignorant, unthinking, unobservant sycophantic SUCKERS. BOTH sides are rotten to the core and neck-deep in our current mess, and if you can't understand this, then you're either catastrophically ignorant or a fanatical partisan dogma-zombie. Just keep on eagerly swallowing their regurgitated, empty, bull{censored} dogma like a starving baby bird and enjoying the sensation of having meaningless smoke being blown up your asses while you sit there like a bunch of idiots wondering why nothing ever actually gets any better, regardless of how many times the guard changes between those same Ds & Rs. The capacity of the human mind for self-delusion is truly AWESOME to behold at times.
Members NoRomoFan
Satellites can, are, and have already been doing this for quite some time. And yes, the gub'ment has better {censored} than what you see on Google Earth. I guarantee it. And the more money they extract from their citizens the greater their toy arsenal is. The public is intentionally kept in the dark on the current level of technology they have at hand. From what I have seen they are usually about 10 - 15 years ahead of the curve and the public would probably be pretty alarmed if they knew what was being developed. My insight on this comes from people I personally know (some that are engineers) that are currently working on or have worked on projects for the government. Members toober
On the bright side, they still have to take you into custody... As long as criminals of violent crimes have the option of prison, nobody is safe from future threats that are punished with lesser punishment. You are right actually. Some believe the idea behind the right to bear arms was to protect the citizens from an overly oppresive government. Tell me more! I have looked up this "Blind Eye Rule," but keep coming upon some "Plain View Doctrine." Well, if you alter how much and how far you can see in "plain view".... Besides, police look at houses with infrared cameras to find things, then bribe an "informant" to claim they saw what the police found illegally. No requirement of a warrant has ever deterred that kind of behavior, nor will it. Maybe we need to be concerned about whether or not what we're doing in our own homes is anyone's business, not with whether or not it can be observed legally.... Do you even know what FLIR devices are used for as far as looking at houses goes? The only reason using them requires a warrant is because a lawyer was able to convince the courts that a FLIR could see what people are doing inside the house, i.e. as if they were some sort of x-ray device. FLIR is used to see if there is an elevated heat signature which would be indicative of a grow operation. If your house glows considerably brighter than the other houses in the neighborhood..well, you get the picture. Regardless, there are other indicators that are just a little more time consuming. And FLIR isn't "illegal", nor is a warrant required in all states.
