Members daklander
I have a pair of ElectroVoice 631 microphones that have 1/4" connectors on the end. I'd like to install XLR connectors and rewire to LoZ. The diagram is posted below and I need advice on which wire to which connector pin on the XLR connector. I have not yet opened the mike up, nor have I opened the existing connector to check colors.

Members daklander
Thanks. I appreciate that link but I don't think it's what I'm looking for. I'm sorry but I wasn't very clear on the initial post. The mike has only two conductors with a center pin screw type amphenol connector on the mike end to a mono 1/4" plug. What I want to do is use a standard mike cable, cut off the mike end and solder the amphenol connector in it's place, if that's possible. Here's how it's currently wired.
