Gamble wrote the theme song for the Philadelphia Folk Festival as will As Deep Gap Salute for Doc Watson. I use go see him in Black Mountain NC just to listen to him as he set up his sound> GREAT FINGER PICKER. He played a Guild mostly, but the last couple time I saw him he played A Randy Wood Guitar. I played that guitar last time I saw him. Randy Wood is a fine luthier from Savannah Ga. Gamble pass away in the early 90's. The Gamble Rogers festival is held every May I thank.
