Hate to disappoint you but it's neither vintage nor collectable. Not to say that it may not be a perfectly decent guitar, but it is the bottom of the line Guild Classical model built in Hoboken in 1964, and Guild's reputation was built on steel strings, particularly Jumbos and 12's, not nylons. Maybe $300, ballpark, although that would be in prime condition, is my guess. I cannot really tell what kind of condition it's in from the pictures.

My mistake. Your post just sounded like your friend was trying to sell it.

It is a good guitar, IMHO. 60's Guilds are very good instruments.
