Members riffdaddy Posted October 15, 2004 Members Posted October 15, 2004 Barely a half-page of new responses...where is everybody? Orsino? LB? Carle? Bueller? Bueller?
Members kaboom Posted October 15, 2004 Members Posted October 15, 2004 http://www.acousticplayermagazine.com/forum/index.php?act=SC&c=2 Find 'em all there. LB said that he wouldn't be returning to HCAG. Orsino is over there as well.
Members riffdaddy Posted October 15, 2004 Author Members Posted October 15, 2004 Geez...I duck out for a couple of months and the community disappears. Damn.

Members kwakatak Posted October 16, 2004 Members Posted October 16, 2004 APM is a nice friendly place and the discussion over there is of the highest quality with plenty of goofing around too. LB won't stand for much trolling and certainly not any flaming, though. I've also come up against the language filter for just mentioning the term "Guitar Porn"! My momma always said I had a potty mouth!
Members riffdaddy Posted October 16, 2004 Author Members Posted October 16, 2004 LB has always been a heavy-handed moderator, which has its good and bad points. I don't see Derivicus around here enough to have a good sense of how he works. I know he likes Guilds...
Members tickzz Posted October 17, 2004 Members Posted October 17, 2004 There's very little trolling or flaming on here anyway. It's all about acoustic guitars

He didn't stand for any flaming or trolling, for which I was grateful (even when it was me being a jerk). Derivicus has a different approach, but he steps in when need be. I've seen him do it a couple times. Mostly he just lays back and lets it flow. Like tickzz said, there's not much need for moderation here. I think Derivicus is doing a good job. Riffdaddy, check out APM. It's really But I still like this place too.
Members seven7 Posted October 17, 2004 Members Posted October 17, 2004 you may not see derivicus posting much here, but he does his job.
Members Carle Posted October 18, 2004 Members Posted October 18, 2004 I'm still here. I drift between 13th fret, APM and here. The thing I like about APM is everyone can express and opinion and it is accepted as just that, an opinion with no fire fights.
