The Tanglewood is also made by Cort, but all of your choices are good. Probably have to play each one, and/or have someone else play each one and let your ears and fingers decide.

I don't know what an Ovation Celebrity CC024 is, but if it's anything like my Ovation Celebrity, which was around 300 bucks, I'd have to say you should Scratch that one from the list. It was my first acoustic and I picked it up because I thought it "looked cool" at the time with the tuperware back. Now I know that there are a lot better guitars in the same price range as the celebrity.

My 2 cents on Ovation:

They sound great amplified, but terrible unamplified (IMHO compared to a regular acoustic).

Also difficult to play sitting down as the curved bottom slides right down my leg. Gotta play 'em standing up with a strap.

So if you plan to play it through an amp standing up, go for the Ovation, and yes they do look nice, unless you like the generic acoustic Martin look.

Nothing personal but I never played an Ovation which sounded anything other than awful! The pickups sound like rubber bands on a cigar box and the acoustic tone;well lets just say that"tone"is probably an inappropriate word.

Also the tops are prone to splitting when the wood moves and the plastic bowl doesnt.

Leave it alone, trust me you`ll be grateful!

All this is IMHO, but for the price, Ovation's aren't that bad, that is to say I'm not too impressed with ANY acoustic I've played in the lower priced range (under a grand). Let's see, I've played Guild, Epiphone, Martin,Fender, Takamine, in the cheaper models. They all were lacking for me.

Ovations have a distinctive sound, no better/no worse than any other make...a lot of people prefer them!

I, personally, gravitate towards the Taylor/Guild/Gibson segment of the "sonic spectrum", but I toured for 4 years with a pair of Ovation "Glen Campbell" models...the 6-string was (and still is) an excellent guitar and has held up extremely well for almost 25 years (and my cousin, gospel-singer Michael Chapman, has used it constantly since I gave it to him, after his D-41 Martin got ripped-off)...

The 12-string, OTOH, like all of Ovation's 12-strings from that era, had problems galore  (today's Ovation 12s seem to be great, though!)

If you like the Ovation sound, then it's the right one for you! :)
