whats the best powered speaker I can get for under $300

I've seen the Behringer B300 for $299.00 but I'm going to stay clear of Behringer. The Smason XP200 is around the same price. Are there any others to consider.

 

This is for Acoustic guitar and vocals. For practice and small jams.
