Members hockeygabor Posted May 3, 2005 Members Posted May 3, 2005 Which provides for the best humidification when the guitar is in its case ?The" Damp-it:."Planet waves " or Kyser sound hole humidifier. There seems to be diverse opinions on the right one to use....
Members peppy Posted May 3, 2005 Members Posted May 3, 2005 Planet Waves is easier to use, i.e. less messy. I use one in the soundhole of my Santa Cruz H and another one by the heel or else by the headstock. Use a Kyser on my son's Big Baby.
Members Qengho Posted May 3, 2005 Members Posted May 3, 2005 They all work. The most important thing to do is get a hygrometer so you can monitor the humidity level and prevent overhumidification. Planet Waves and Radio Shack sell them.
