Members guitarcapo Posted August 8, 2005 Members Posted August 8, 2005 I'll buy one new in a shop here for you and mail it if you pay postage, the price of the guitar...and say 50 bucks for my trouble. I build guitars and will find you a nice one.Come to think of it...can't you work something out with one of THESE guys?
Members da mayor Posted August 9, 2005 Members Posted August 9, 2005 "allready tried" I don't get this. What's the problem? There are usually a bunch of these on ebay for sale at any one time, ranging from so-called "vinatge" to fairly new and un-played. There's a lot of demand for the older ones, but the new ones often go for somewhere around $1000 to $1200 bucks, give or take. While some sellers don't want to bother shipping out of the US, many will, especially if you contact them first. Be patient, keep looking. Also, check the large on-line dealers, like Musicians Friend, Mandolin Brothers, etc. They'll sell you a brand new one for around $1600 plus shipping to wherever you like.
Members guitarcapo Posted August 10, 2005 Members Posted August 10, 2005 Yea...I got confused too when i checked Ebay. It's not like he's shopping for something rare..........
Members da mayor Posted August 11, 2005 Members Posted August 11, 2005 Curious, eh? Bet you never hear from him again. Anyway, nice of you to offer.
