Members Call me Ishmael Posted August 29, 2005 Members Posted August 29, 2005 I just bought my first John Fahey CD. Are there beginner lessons for John Fahey's style?

A week before his 62nd birthday. I saw him perform in New York City shortly before his death. It was sad to see one of my heroes as a hollow shell of their former self. I've watched videos of him in his prime and he was brilliant. His life derailed to such an extent that he was living in a homeless shelter before attempting to make his final comeback. Which CD did you get?
