Members littleluke Posted September 26, 2005 Members Posted September 26, 2005 At the risk of asking a stupid question: I'm trying to work out the chord sequence for a tune. On the off chance someone knows it it's Baby Blue by Rod Picott. If no one knows it then: Fmaj Amaj D min Mystery chord A# Cmaj Fmaj. I couldn't find the mystery chord by ear so tried it by theory. I make that: I III VI ? IV V I Mystery chord is not VII E, or II G. C sounds ok when it's played in the sequence, but it's not that as it sounds different when C is played later in the sequence. If this makes any difference, the track on the CD sounds capo'd. With capo on fifth fret, chord shapes of: C E Amin ? F G C Any offers or am I being totally thick asking for a chord to a tune no-one knows? Michael
