Members JasmineTea Posted October 20, 2005 Members Posted October 20, 2005 Wire broke on my cheese slicer. B string works pretty good as a replacement.
Members cfgsteak Posted October 20, 2005 Members Posted October 20, 2005 My wife's cousin had another use. He is currently serving some time in the federal pen...
Members ajcoholic Posted October 20, 2005 Members Posted October 20, 2005 I use mine to clean out the holes (on the air caps) in my spray guns. They also work great for removing glass from frames that has been siliconed in (the 09's cut through like butter) AJC
Members knockwood Posted October 20, 2005 Members Posted October 20, 2005 Cat toys... But even my cats won't play with Elixirs.

Members Charlies Ghost Posted October 20, 2005 Members Posted October 20, 2005 Hey cfgsteak,I gotta know, what did your wifes cousin do with old guitar strings that landed him in the fedral pen.
Members gnurph Posted October 20, 2005 Members Posted October 20, 2005 Save up enough sets, you could weave them into armor! Not plate mail, or even chain mail, but String Mail! Or, toothpick not thin enough? How about a .012 guitar string?

I was exaggerating. He did do 12 years for "collections". He was a leg breaker for a "family business". I need to figure out a way to use my old strings when I am tying flys. I need a G-string fly!
Members F-holes Posted October 21, 2005 Members Posted October 21, 2005 Originally posted by JasmineTea Hanging pictures. Done that! Once, the brace securing the tailpipe on my car broke while I was out giving lessons. I cinched it back up with a string!
Members thud105 Posted October 22, 2005 Members Posted October 22, 2005 Great for snaring small game....
