wat do you guys think i have a guy thats wanting to sell me a martin acoustic, six, steel string, cutaway, with electic pick up

thats pretty much the one he has, he also has a digital 8 track recording system, with a bunch of effects and stuff like that on it, with a zip disk as memory.

 

with the cables. he also has a nice hard shell case for it. he wants 1600 canadien dollars for it all. ive played it and it sounds nice and feels pretty good, good action ect, and pretty good condition. wat do you guys think is it worth it? any feedback is much appreciated thx in advance
