Get a new saddle: $20.

Having a luthier install it: $30 (total), but for another ~$20 they will also check the intonation, etc. (do a complete and proper setup).

Disclaimer: I have no personal experience with this, but the general wisdom is that you can do it yourself by sanding the bottom of the saddle flat so that it sits flush with the bottom of the slot in the bridge. FYI: if it's not flush, the tone will suffer.

To kwak's post I'd like to add:

If the neck is realy straight, you might try loosening the truss 1/4 turn. You won't hurt anything by trying it, and if you do try it, loosen the strings first.

I guess i'll get a proffesional to do it. Also, the strings buzz a lot and the tuning pegs on the headstock seem to be loose (at least two of them) Its an alvarez got it 5 years ago and never had a tune up. Can this be easily fixed by a luthier?

All this should be no problem and shouldn't cost more than $50. Just be specific and throw a set of your favorite strings in the case for him to use.
