Members Sweb Posted April 2, 2006 Author Members Posted April 2, 2006 Thanks. I thought so but the Taylor site states the B/S wood offered on the 310 is African Mahogany.
Members Babel2 Posted April 2, 2006 Members Posted April 2, 2006 Its a limited edtion series. check out the limited edition part of the Taylor site (in the drop down product menu)
Members Sweb Posted April 2, 2006 Author Members Posted April 2, 2006 I went there but did not see this exact guitar. It is Koa and has a scribbly-looking inlay (vine?) on the back just beneath the neck joint. The headstock veneer is rosewood and neck (one piece) appears to be African Mahogany and is larger in size than other Taylors I've played. It has large dot fret markers. Otherwise it looks like the normal 310. The Taylor site doesn't offer any way to contact them by email so I'll give them a call during working hours.
Members t60 fan Posted April 2, 2006 Members Posted April 2, 2006 They did do a "Jars of Clay" model that sounds like what you've described - do a seach for it on Taylor's site.
