Schertler DYN-G and/or C-DYN-R

I've got a Schertler "David". Got a Rode RT3 plugged into the DYN/MIC input. All solo fingerpicking on a nylon string and National Radiotone. Great sound. This site's helped me out in this quest for a good sounding, effective acoustic gig setup.

Want to add pickups to the mix. Wondering:

1) Anybody checked out the C-DYN-R for resonators by Schertler?

2) If I got the DYN-G for the nylon string, does anybody know how it would sound on the National? (That would save me some cash).

At first I was very concerned about going with a mod on the classical. Still might go with the DYN-G, despite the cost, for that reason. But my luthier really likes the B-Band AST and he says, because I play solo and don't really move around much, to stick with just the mic for the Radiotone. He hasn't found a reso pickup that really captures the National's sound. But he hasn't heard the C-DYN-R and I was wondering if anybody out there has?

I know it's so subjective as far as what we all like, soundwise. But it's hard to just go and try out these things to compare.

Any thoughts?
