Are you talking about that chord in "Those Who Wait"? The Fmaj13 always gave me trouble so I "fake it" on that one. I use my thumb for the bass note and don't attempt to play all the notes. As long as I don't buzz any notes I'm happy! As for the rest of the chord changes in the intro, it does take lots of practice. For the chord you're having trouble with, I don't use the thumb like I do on the F6add9 right before it so I have to reshift my whole hand while keeping the index and middle fingers firmly planted to keep their notes ringing. Here's the fingering I use for those two chords: The real trick is keeping that D note ringing on the second string while shifting between the two chords. That takes real work and yes, it is tough on the wrist. Hope that helps!
