Anyone know of a good Yairi dealer? I played an fy90 today and think it may be one of the nicest soounding little guitars ever. I want to check some prices. Thanks

Musictown in Memphis TN is my local dealer. He has carried them for 20 years that I know about. I was in high school then, could not afford them, was too nervous to touch them, but remember that they were beautiful. Bob is the owner, nice guy and definitely knows guitars.

I don't know where you live check the www.alvarezgtr.com slmgateway websites. I know of a few online dealers. Best prices Pulseonline.com, Music123, Musiciansfriend.com, I have a yairi dy74 spruce rosewood dread which is great but I've decided to stick with mahogany and I am willing to sell if you are interested, its a 92 model with scaloped braces which were also hand worked after sold by slm gateway (the alvarez yairi importers in the us) they also installed a bone nut. I added bone bridge pins w/ abalone dots.(sounds amazing) Price $550 obo. If you want the f shape though then you could also try ebay. good luck
