I sent them a question via email on Thursday and still have heard nothing. I sent a question to Martin and got a response within hours. Makes you wonder what Yamaha will do for you if you buy one and have a problem.

I can't remember how long it took, but it must have been within reason or I would've recalled. In fact, my questions where about the Yam FG-150 -- made some 30 odd years ago -- and they answered all my questions. Hmm.... Give them a little more time, four days ain't that long.
