Members t-harper Posted July 10, 2006 Members Posted July 10, 2006 Hello First off, First time post here and have enjoyed all the information I have found. Quite a wealth of ideas here. I have been wondering if anyone else out there have heard of the Inyos Indians? A Brother Duo from, I believe, Mexico. They played 12 string acoustic guitars. I heard them as a child my father fell for their music back around the '70's. I have been looking for some of their music online and can't find them. If anyone has any ideas on where to look a post would be welcome. If anyone can find a midi of them and post here for others to hear, I would love to share this brother duo with everyone. They are impressive, and have it down for being self taught. No they are not just Spanish music, but classical as well. Thanks for the help if it is given. Thomas
Members Stackabones Posted July 10, 2006 Members Posted July 10, 2006 Welcome to the forum, T! I haven't heard of Inyos Indias, but I have heard of Los Indios Tabajaras, who had a big hit with Maria Elena. You description sounded like these guys might have something in common. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000008BK/ref=pd_rvi_gw_3/102-8019139-3676915?%5Fencoding=UTF8&v=glance&n=5174 Good luck with the search. Hope this helped a bit!
