Timberline Guitars

Several people have asked me say a few things about Timberline Guitars. I am the New England Rep for Timberline but didn't set out to do this. Rob Smith , the guy who started and owns the company was my Maton Rep for a small store we have. It is really a studio but we do sell a few guitars.

 

When Rob called me and told me he had started his own manufacturing company and a former Martin independent product consultant Kevin Smith was doing the design and heading up manufacturing, I listened a bit more and learned baisically Robs stated goal;

 

Our mission is to produce premium quality acoustic and acoustic-electric guitars that will make you want to play ... at prices you won't believe.

 

We use no laminates or composites

Do these guitars come in lefty?

 

Also, where are they constructed? (from the website it looks like Canada, but I just want to verify.

boohoo2u the guitars are manufactured in Indonesia in a US owned plant, they are then finished in Canada (fret work etc.)

yea i played a timberline at my buddys house, eh
