Members keith2112 Posted September 3, 2006 Members Posted September 3, 2006 I found an acoustic amp at the local shop with two letere and the number 350. I thought it was DR350 but no such guitar exists. I found where a PR350 or something like that is there. This is an acaustic not with a pickup just acaustic. The first fret marker is a single dot on the 5th fret then another on 7th and so on. The guitar has a medium shaped neck. I need something. I've narrowed it down to this Epiphone or an Alvares RD8 or 20. The Alvarez are great for the money. Taylor and Martin are just a bit more than I'm willing to spend at the moment.
Members porch_picker Posted September 3, 2006 Members Posted September 3, 2006 I've never played the Epiphone you mentioned, but I do own one of the Alvarez RD20s and they are great. IMO, the neck is pretty thin though, compared to other makers. I bought mine as a beater, but play it all the time, and use my Takamine as more of a travel guitar. Hope this helps.
