Members theGOOCH Posted September 19, 2006 Members Posted September 19, 2006 If you have their most recent catalog in which the price for a given item is lower than the current internet price do they honor that price assuming you order from the catalog? ..please excuse my convoluted run-on sentence. I hope it's clear what I'm asking.
Members Hudman Posted September 19, 2006 Members Posted September 19, 2006 Call them. It's the only way to be sure.

Members Tony Burns Posted September 19, 2006 Members Posted September 19, 2006 lets be real here , they have some of the highest prices on just about everything - seach the net , their guitar prices are not even close to 60 percent of list - which is pretty much the norm for volume dealers - maybe you could get a set of strings from time to time if you live in the middle of alaska or some other place in the middle of no where ( like the town i live in ) but really , shop around some more , and ask for better deals , musicians supply is not the best on most of the things they sell -- sometimes yes , most of the time no- wait for when they offer free shipping on what you want - good luck !
Members ESL94 Posted September 20, 2006 Members Posted September 20, 2006 They will give you the lower of the two prices...
Members MrOuch Posted September 20, 2006 Members Posted September 20, 2006 Tony, what are some of the other places that have better prices? Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.
Members guit30 Posted September 20, 2006 Members Posted September 20, 2006 Where did you find out about that BMI thing, I'm a member and never used itJim
Members theGOOCH Posted September 20, 2006 Author Members Posted September 20, 2006 I don't see many places that consistantly beat them when it comes to strings, especially when they have a sale. They recently had a sale on Nanowebs for $6.99 w/ free shipping. At my local shops they go for anywhere from $14 to over $20. I'm always looking and I haven't found anyone else who has them for $9.99 or less (which is the catalog price) MrOuch...I like your signature.
