Members LaXu Posted December 20, 2006 Members Posted December 20, 2006 I've been playing electric guitars for nearly 10 years now but have never owned an acoustic. I felt it was time to do something about that, so I'm looking for a good steel string acoustic that is suited for all kinds of playing. I'm on a budget, would propably be willing to go up to 1000
Members kwakatak Posted December 20, 2006 Members Posted December 20, 2006 I don't know if they're availble over there in Findland or even how much they go for, but try and find a Larriv
Members guitarist21 Posted December 20, 2006 Members Posted December 20, 2006 ... what kwak said. With more obvious emphasis on Epi Masterbilts. Ellen
Members whit townsend Posted December 20, 2006 Members Posted December 20, 2006 look at the Godin lines. Seagull, Arts & Lutherie Also Blueridge and Johnson Carolinas. An all wood mahog/spruce top dred like the Blueridge BR140 would be hard to beat. They go for around 500-600 US. THey also make one in a concert size, but I forgete the model #, about the same $s.
Members EvilTwin Posted December 21, 2006 Members Posted December 21, 2006 I second the LaSiDo guitars family (Seagull, Norman, Simon & Patrick, Art & Lutherie). Guild's new GAD series is amazing, too. Pricier, but you get a LOT of guitar.
