Members Chicken Monkey Posted January 18, 2007 Members Posted January 18, 2007 I've got a lovely Rare Earth p-up bolted onto my guitar, and I want to know what I need to get it into the soundboard. I've been going direct, which sounds fine, but every once in a while there is a problem, and I'm not sure if it's a guitar issue or just a soundman with a head injury. I have not yet wished I had EQ, so I don't need that. Do I just get a basic $20 box, or do I need something particular?

Members Chicken Monkey Posted January 18, 2007 Author Members Posted January 18, 2007 Really? I thought I needed that for a passive p-up, but not for the active one.
Members AugTPD Posted January 18, 2007 Members Posted January 18, 2007 it'll help out with active pickups too.
