Members Gabriel_GR Posted February 24, 2007 Members Posted February 24, 2007 I have an old classical guitar I want to experiment with. I admit I love the nylon sound for blues and would like to be able to record on the fly to my laptop. What pickup systems are available for nylon stringed guitars? Only piezo and SBT I guess? What do you prefere? What do you recommend and why? BTW sorry if the subject has been brought up but the search wasn't very helpful
Members likkafella Posted February 24, 2007 Members Posted February 24, 2007 My luthier has built highlander piezos in my acoustics, however that might be a bit expensive for your purpose.
Members J. Posted February 25, 2007 Members Posted February 25, 2007 What about the K&K pure classic?
Members T.B. Posted February 25, 2007 Members Posted February 25, 2007 What about the K&K pure classic? Here's more info at K&K website. They will even mail you literature and a sample CD of their various pickups and how they sound. I use the Western Pure Classical myself. http://www.kksound.com/ Trina
