It has a solid cedar top, (gloss), wild cherry laminate sides and back. If you can get past the weird headstock it looks beautiful. I like the wide neck a lot, great for finger picking, and I mainly use my fingers. I like the tuners, they have smaller knobs and they are really easy to turn. The cedar top has that nice warm sound.
