Members Whalebot Posted March 5, 2007 Members Posted March 5, 2007 Hmmm, VOTE!!I'll probably put it in the L-09.
Members rjoxyz Posted March 5, 2007 Members Posted March 5, 2007 I am with you. I just put a K&K twin spot I had laying around in my 12 string. Pretty easy install and great sound. I am ordering a Pure Western Mini for my L-03. It ends up being played the most. I really did not want to risk messing up my 000-15S or my HD-28 anyway. The pickup should increase the value of the Larri when you trade it in next week.
Members kwakatak Posted March 5, 2007 Members Posted March 5, 2007 Here's another vote for the L-09. Out of all your guitars it's the most versatile for recording and playing out with (IMO) and deserves to be heard loud and clear. At least, if I had an L that's what I'd do with it.
Members Cripes Posted March 5, 2007 Members Posted March 5, 2007 I'm clueless - as usual. I didn't even know you had a 000-15S or an L-09 or a P-09. I thought all you had was the OM21 and your classical. But, things can happen when a person is gone for a couple days.
Members guitarist21 Posted March 5, 2007 Members Posted March 5, 2007 I voted for the Martin, but if you don't want the Martin my next choice would be the L-09.

If not, wait for the next one, like a Yamaha FG-150 or something. Those are all such nice guitars I just don't wanna put holes in them unless needed.

Just go in through the endpin and glue three little transducers on the underside of the bridgeplate. Pretty nifty.

Pretty nifty. Right you are Sweb - and if you take the endpin out you'll find that the hole is already 1/4" in diameter so there's no reaming required. You're supposed to superglue the transducers to the underside of the bridge plate, but I recall that dberch over at the Larrivee and APM forums tested it out with tape first and it worked almost as well.
