Members Queequeg Posted April 28, 2007 Members Posted April 28, 2007 This Larrivee arrived on Thursday of this week. So now I'm trying to get used to a 14-fretter once again after logging all these hours on the 12-fret slotheads. I've been working too much and so today is the first real chance I've had to spend any time with it. Not certain I like these Cleartones on it, but I'll wait a few days before pulling them off, in favor of my old standby, D'addarios PB (EJ16). I recorded this version of "Teddy Bears Picnic" on it this morning. This is the earliest song I can remember my mother singing to me, as a little boy back in the 1950s. sort of a march, don't you think? edit: ... later that same day... "All Thumbs"
