Members jjang1993 Posted April 28, 2007 Members Posted April 28, 2007 does that pickup send a signal to an amp?http://www.music123.com/Music123-Clip-on-Pick-Up-For-Tuner-i260276.music the stupid bus driver wont let me take my acoustic guitar case on the bus and i have a small vintage stella with a small soundhole i could use. hte only problem is the soundholes too small to fit a soundhole pickup in. the reason why im not buying an expensive transducer is because im saving up for a 600 dollar takamine i played at GC?
Members DeepEnd Posted April 28, 2007 Members Posted April 28, 2007 It will probably send a usable signal to an amp but I strongly doubt you'd be happy with the sound quality. Here are a couple of options that might work: http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Dean-Markley-Artist-Transducer?sku=304005 or http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/DiMarzio-Acoustic-Model-For-Acoustic-Guitar-Bass?sku=302720. You can also check eBay periodically for something similar like a Schaller Oyster.
