Their site works quick, it is easy to navigate and now it has the same inventory has MF(cause they bought it) , everything is a penny cheaper too. The page fits the computer screen. Am I the only one that that bothers? I hate scrolling left to right.

Wow, I didn't realize that they'd got the GC/MF exclusives, but I guess it makes sense. SG Classic? Check. Parkwood acoustic? Check. Custom Shop 1960 Les Paul plaintop? Check (although only the lefty's in stock at the moment).

It's rare that I shop on-line so thanks for the tip. GC and Sam Ash each have 2 stores, respectively, within driving distance and there are Mom/Pop stores equally accessible. I give the latter my biz first if possible. Otherwise, I do visit the manufacturer's websites.

Wow I thought music123 was filing bankruptcy a little while back, how'd this happen??/

'Guitar Center Inc., a multi-channel retailer of musical instruments and related products, has agreed to acquire the assets of direct merchant The Woodwind & Brasswind, which would operate as part of Guitar Center

Must be something going on with your browser, Jim. MF & 123 display exactly the same for me - no scrolling with either - in fact, I have margins on both sides with both sites (AMS, on the other hand, fills the browser window, but still no scrolling). I mostly use Camino and Firefox.

DonK, I think it has to do with monitor size and resolution - not browser. I use Firefox, and on my little 15" I have to scroll left to right. On the 19" at work - still with Firefox - there's no scrolling necessary/

Denver, you could be right, but maybe it's a Windows thing. I get the exact same browser image in Camino and Firefox for both sites on both my PowerMac with a 23" Apple Cinema display and my Macbook Pro laptop with a 15". Weird.
