Did a recording last night - how did it turn out?

Good Job. The song, albeit good, is repetitious, it needs a bridge to break it up and keep listener interest up.

Yea, I was kinda thinking the same thing, but I don't want to busy up the song at the same time - the simplistic part of it is probably my favorite part.

Very good tune.

 

Very well written, recorded and performed with emotion I enjoyed it a lot.

Listened to it once, without really analyzing it. Nevertheless, I got this:

 

1. Generally well done.

 

2. Lyrics need work. As others have stated, a little metaphor goes a long way.

 

3. The ending (where you reach the higher notes etc.) was good. Much better than the rest of the song. You might want to try to get some of that quality into the rest of the song (e.g. into the chorus).
