So, whaddya know? It seems like a good idea from what I've read. I'd guess this is something I could modify (through my git tech) on my git?

 

What have you read? I'd love to know the rationale for this. My first classical - that crappy Cort I sold back in July - had an extra set of holes and I couldn't figure out why.

It also allows for a more predicatable and consistent string angle from string to string.

 

12-hole tie block giving a greater angle upto the saddle and also eliminating the need for twisting and knotting the string all over the block.

The 18 holers are even cooler! (no string shows on the top of the tie block)


I had a Greg Byers CG with the 12 holer, very easy to re-string.

So ... is this--the 12er or the 18er--something my git tech can do for my existing bridge? Is it worth it?
