Members 0rbitz9 Posted December 21, 2007 Members Posted December 21, 2007 I just got this guitar a few days ago from a guy on eBay. This is a Cort Earth 1200 guitar that was built to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the NAMM convention in 2002. It came with a certificate of authenticity saying that it is the 79th out of the 100 that were made. It has a solid engleman spruce top, solid maple back and sides, maple neck, and a rosewood fingerboard with abalone inlay. The origional owner took very good care of it, so it's in near mint condition. Also included with the deal, was a Fishman active soundhole humbucking pickup, and a Martin hardshell case. I got it for $585 plus shipping. It sounds and plays like a dream.
Members OldGuitarPlayer Posted December 21, 2007 Members Posted December 21, 2007 Wow!...Really nice inlays. I Love the maple figure on the back. Congrats on getting a real beauty and I guess somewhat collectable.
Members Samilyn Posted December 21, 2007 Members Posted December 21, 2007 What a beauty! I'm a real sucker for the patterns of blond maple. Congrats!

Members babablowfish Posted December 21, 2007 Members Posted December 21, 2007 Wow. Really nice looking guitar. Since it is a Cort I am sure that it plays and sound great. Great find!
Members SkippyX Posted December 21, 2007 Members Posted December 21, 2007 Wow - that's pretty! Happy NGD!
Members Etienne Rambert Posted December 21, 2007 Members Posted December 21, 2007 Beautiful Maple. The vine inlay is sweet too. Being Maple/Spruce, it's probably a cannon.
