Members LiFeStArTs@40
I have a line on a 12 string Minstrel Guitar. It was made in Canada and appears to be a clone of my Seagull. The label on the inside is VERY similar to my vintage (old style) Seagull label. It looks VERY similar to a S12. Does this ring a bell to anyone? Members seagullplayer77
Hmm . . . Doesn't ring any bells. You might want to PM Terry Allen Hall. He's the resident expert on obscure guitars . You might just want to look into the history of Seagull guitars. Back in the eighties, Seagull used to be its own company, but there were some buyouts and mergers ~1990, at which point Seagull became a division of Godin. Minstrel might come into play somewhere in the story. Just a thought . . .
Members LiFeStArTs@40
Thanks for the reply. I'm thinking that's the deal. Some where back in the early days of Seagull. The label looks just like the older one in your 12 string (you posted it a while back) except that it's red, not blue.
