Members Queequeg
That surprises me. Any reason for not going? Every show I've seen has been stellar in different ways. Well, I suppose it is the same reason. He doesn't excite me very much. I bought my first Bruce Cockburn album (vinyl) back in the late '70s I think. Lots of other volunteers chose to work this show, and it meant lot to them to be there, so I didnt want to take a spot that didn't mean that much to me personally. So I unloaded his trailer at noon, got it all up the stage, greeted the talent and got out of the way. He's good, he's just not my style, I guess. Members MDR
Unknown outside of Quebec but a true master composer and player of acoustic guitar : Serge Fiori. He put out 3 albums in the 70's with a group called Harmonium If you can find this music, it is well worth a listen...a lot of 12 string guitars. The first two albums are all acoustic with no drums. And, yes, it is in French but mostly instrumental. Interesting that you mention Serge Fiori. He's a great rhythm player. I have all the Harmonium albums (on vinyl)!
