Moderators daddymack Posted February 1, 2012 Moderators Share Posted February 1, 2012 I would guess that the two PRO's will split proceeds, since the publisher is in agreement, and both authors have legitmate rights to the material. I'm not sure how this would work ...anyone? I think, though, that it would make sense to keep the registration under one PRO [for simplicity]; as the publishing is under the ASCAP member, it would seem to be more logical to administer the song via ASCAP.
