I looked at Rising Magazine's site, and they will not "break" anyone. I highly doubt anyone (other than friends of the magazine's staff) reads their publication in search of new music.Next, if you wanna grow your fanbase, there's really just one way: be exceptional. Then, when you play shows or people hear you on the net, your fanbase will grow. In the modern age, that's all you can do.
