Members LaXu Posted August 27, 2005 Members Share Posted August 27, 2005 Anything but black, tobacco sunburst (or whatever that sunburst with solid black edges is called) or pukebursts (yellowed silverburst or anything where the center color looks like yellow dog puke). TV yellow is a no-no as well. The blue/greenish "aqua marine" color on my Yamaha Pacifica 812WX is my favorite, when I first saw one of those guitars in a store it haunted me for like 3 years until I found another one on eBay. Paintwise I like transparents and sunbursts only. I had a few solid colour guitars and they didnt look that impressive. The only solid colour that i like is any shade of white.
