Members JcKerr Posted October 2, 2005 Members Share Posted October 2, 2005 I have a tokai les paul... mik... i've only had it for a few months. i have noticed recently that when I take my hands off the strings with gain on and them touch them there's a popping noise through my amp. also when i touch the strings or bridge or anything it stops the humming it makes without me touching any metal on the guitar... this sounds like a ground problem to me... also. when i touch the metal around the pickup selector it seems to get much worse. i haven't really messed with any of the wiring on the guitar it still has the stock pups, so i guess i'm just wondering if this is normal or there is a ground problem and what to do about it? thanks in advance Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
