Members JcKerr
i'd really like to put a might mite p-90 in the bridge of my epi strat copy... i only ever use the neck pup on that guitar. i put a bridge pup from a fender MIM strat in the bridge but it sounds like an icepick with i use it and the output is so off from the neck middle and neck it's not funny... so i was thinking on putting a mm 90 in the bridge and leaving the neck pup in place.... or could i put the mim bridge in the neck or bad idea? also... i want just two knobs... one vol and one tone... i hate the vol knob closest to the bridge so i'm going to delete that one how bad will the wiring be for this and could i do it with the 250k pots and 5way already in the guitar... thanks in advance! Members bgmacaw
Usually 500k, however, my Epiphone LP Jr has factory 250k's in it.
Members Pepi
Some people like a 250k with P90s because they are a single coil and can be a bit more brighter than a hummer. Myself I like 500k with P90s. Nothing you can't control from your amp
