2 kicks vs double kick pedal

god im wondering if this guy has ever heard of copy and paste or overdubbing

 

Overdub the kick drum:

1.) track record single beater kick drum

2.) Then add the counter kick drum overdub alternating with the first track

kick drum

 

Copy $ paste:

1.) Record the single beater kick drum

2.) then copy and paste it to the second track with a time nudge

 

This will make it sound the SAME

welcome back to the HC brick wall I'll be sure to follow that advice next time I either want the most lackluster drum performance ever, or feel like wasting 3 months of my life putting together the drum tracks for a single song when they make software to do that.
