When In Rome to be released 6/6/10

Our album will be officially released on Sunday June 6th.

 

We are working on additional distribution through Best Buy, Amazon, iTunes, Rhapsody, Pandora etc.

 

I will post all the details as I get them, the artwork I will also post in this thread as well.

 

This has been a long time coming so we are ready to hit the road in a couple of weeks to support this album.

 

The artwork is a 6 page booklet, the tray insert, back of cd case insert and the CD graphic itself.

I like it. Very eye-catching and professional. My only criticism is that "Just" in the first track is missing the "u," which might give some pause.

Yeah I always questioned that spelling as well, but that's how it was written, you know artistic types always doing weird things.

 

The graphic artist did a fantastic job with the presentation.

not trying to be a dick or anything , but wont that officially cause a problem?

I dont think bands are allowed to have the same name? or am i missing something?

well, there is really no rule unless you take a trademark on a band name; of course dozens of bands could be using the same name, maybe hopefully not in the same city or county...

This is something you should be concerned about. My old band got sued by a bunch of jokers from Wisconsin who had never played out of the state and had not even had a line up for the band in years.

Check the trademarks and trademark the name if it's available.
