I got this from Reverbnation:

I've always considered it and will probably do it now that it's so easy. It might be good for a shirt or two every now and then..........

It's nice enough, but you wont have the control that you normally would having them printed yourself.

I also think you lose some fan interaction. When a friend or family member asks for a shirt you should always be able to say yes. It's cheap advertisement.

They are right about the upfront investment and inventory storage. But anything long term is a bad plan.

If you get a decent run of merch you can print on panties, key chains, beer cozies...whatever you want at a portion of the overall cost.

And you can hand them out at your discretion, rather than "Hang on...let me order that for you. They cost me 7 a piece, and it should be here in 5 business days."

Juuuuuuust my $0.02

You could always order some to have on hand.

But the great part is you don't have to do a thing other than sign up and design the thing. They just send you money......

What's the profit margin on a 25$ white t-shirt when you sell it on reverbstore?

actually about $18.00, but why would you want to sell it for $25.00 unless your U2
