Members mmmiddle
Has anyone tried selling digital download cards at their shows? (Such as those made by dropcards.com.) What were the results like? Would you recommend it?

Members Kramerguy
My band has looked into them, and are planning to order them soon. I believe we decided on Fizzkicks. They seem to be a fantastic idea
Members LaurenBateman
Wow these look great. Wish I thought of these before buying so many copies of my album. Could be a good way to go when supplies start getting lower. Very good option. 100 for $50 isn't all that bad. Would go good with a tip jar. Leave a tip get a free download. Members BigFun3
I believe we will be selling digicards and CDs at our shows and digital downloads through The Orchard (http://www.theorchard.com/about) because they set up distribution through 660 digital download sites (most of the ones with traffic). Our album drops on 4/20 so I won't know for sure what we will have in hand to sell until then, but digicards are definitely on the list. Members germs
i've been looking at alternatives to relying solely on CD sales at shows, and it looks like dropcards may have a solution. i'm a bit leery of veering off of the traditional, "here's an album for $x" format. but that seems to be the way the technology's trending... but i'm liking what i'm seeing so far.
